St.George Mobile Banking has been designed from the ground up with you in mind.

To make a payment or transfer funds:


1. Create your PayID
To create your mobile number PayID, tap the Services icon at the bottom of the accounts screen. Then tap on 'PayID' under 'My Payments' heading in the Services menu. You can select an eligible account you wish payments to your PayID to be received to and view your PayID name. Once created, your friends and family can pay your mobile number instead of your BSB and account number.

2. Pay someone using a PayID
When you want to make a payment to a registered PayID, tap the PayID icon. A registered PayID can be a mobile number, email address, phone number, ABN/ACN/ARBN/ARSN or Organisation ID.
Payments made to a PayID are typically received in a few seconds but may take longer.

3. Starting a payment from an account
Tap PAY next to the account you'd lie to pay from. Then select who to pay(you can also search for the recipeint), the amount and the payment date.

4. Starting a payment from your Address Book
From the address book, swipe a contact to the left. This starts your payment quickly to that person or business and then you select your ‘From’ account.

5. Start a payment within account details
When you’re viewing account details, tap the Address Book and then select who you’d like to pay. Your transfer screen will be pre-populated with both the ‘From’ and ‘To’ details in an instant.

6. Start a payment with a single swipe
Tap or swipe the ‘Transfer and Pay’ area, swipe it to the left – and a fresh payment screen is opened for you.

7. Search and select who you need to pay
In the payment screen simply start typing in the ‘To’ field and all matching results will automatically appear. Then select the one you are looking for.

Whether you’re viewing your list of accounts, transactions or account details, your address book is just a tap away. Look for the red address book.

9. Save time with St.George Quick Pay
Pull down the top tray to quickly access your saved transactions. When you complete a payment, tap the star icon to save up to five Quick Pay transactions.

Open for service 24/7

Tap the bell icon to update your personal and login information, receive eStatements and email or SMS alerts. You can even manage your credit cards from here or notify us if you’re heading overseas.

Just tap the ‘Open a new account’ tile and you’re on the path to opening a new everyday, savings or term deposit account. You can also apply for a credit card or personal loan.

Manage payees and billers
To manage your payees and billers, tap the Services icon at the bottom of the accounts screen. Then tap either ‘Manage Payees’ or ‘Manage Billers’ under the ‘My Payments’ heading in the Services menu.


See your Balance and your last 5 transactions without logging in
With Quick Balance you can view the available balance of up to 3 accounts without logging in. You can also tap the Quick Balance tiles to see your last 5 transactions (optional)
Swipe right from the login screen to set up Quick Balance.


Set up notifications and alerts to stay in control
You can set up push notifications and alerts for things like when your account is running low, or when money has been deposited into your account.
To set these up tap the Services icon, then Notifications and alerts. You can set up push notifications, SMS alerts and email alerts.

Open a new account
Just tap the ‘Open a new account’ tile and you’re on the path to opening a new everyday, savings, or term deposit or BT Super for Life account. You can also apply for a credit card, or personal loan or home loan.
